Indian Airlines Trims Fat From Flight Crew
Overweight cabin attendants of Indian Airlines are to be grounded.
It seems that the rule is very severe, as they are not allowed to fly even with a couple pounds of excess weights…
And they will face more sever punishment if they do not lose within 45 days of shaping-up period… What is the punishment?
If I were them, I would quit the job before I am given the severer punishment. They may say they will not hire me if they see my body with lots of excess baggage, though…
While I am not sure if this decision is good or not considering the rights of fat people, I want to say to the airlines in some country to do the same.
