A British lady made a scarecrow cop with a speed camera.
She and her village was annoyed at the fast traffic passing through.
Thanks to the cop, the traffic slows down quickly at the entrance of the village.
Such cop is rather classic in Japan. And people already getting accustomed to it do not care nowadays.
However, I understand that the way of thinking in UK and Japan is rather similar instead that two places are located far away sandwiching a big continent.

DRIVERS hit the brakes when they see this “cop” — a SCARECROW with a speed camera.
The ghoulish officer stands guard at the entrance to a village plagued by fast cars.
He is the creation of Debbie Foster, 37, who said: “From a distance it’s very realistic.
“We have a laugh as we watch the traffic slow down rather quickly.”
Debbie acted because of “nutcases” zipping through Bishops Wood, Staffs.
She spent two days making the 5ft 8ins cop with hubby Trevor, 35, and son Joshua, seven.
The body is paper and straw and he wears black shoes and trousers and a fluorescent jacket.
The face is straw with a scary mask and is topped off with a toy police helmet — complete with flashing light.
Trevor made the fake speed gun out of a hair conditioner bottle and a deodorant fixed to a pole, all sprayed black.
He said: “When you get close up you know it is a joke — but it certainly does the job”
