Serb rejects pay fine, sets car on fire
A Serbian-man set his car at a parking lot for impounded vehicles.
While he had to pay a $90 fine, if he’d paid, he could have get his car back.
As the report does not tell about the condition of the car, I do not know how old or buggy-whip it was. However, any car is more expensive than $90, isn’t it?
I have no idea why he did so, except that I may imagine he was so angry that he was so hysterical.
If I’d been there, I would have asked him to sell the car for $90.

United Press International - NewsTrack - Serb rejects pay fine, sets car on fire
BELGRADE, Serbia, June 6 (UPI) -- A middle-age Serbian man set his car on fire rather than pay a $90 fine for illegal parking.
An attendant at a parking lot for impounded vehicles said the man looked calm when he tried to collect his car. When he was told what the fine was, he asked permission to collect a few things from the vehicle, Belgrade's Press daily newspaper reported Tuesday.
While doing so, however, the man opened the vehicle's hood and set the engine on fire. He then rode off on his bicycle, the newspaper said.
The act won't save the man from paying the fine, however, and he may now face criminal charges, the Press said.
